Opened its doors back in 2006 under the command of the Original Owner John Divita, a passionate former California rock band lead singer who decide to move to Costa Rica to pursuit his dream of opening a restaurant in the Jungle. For many years has occupied the 1st place in the list of Best Restaurants on Trip Advisor for the Arenal Volcano area. Unfortunately our friend John past away due to lung cancer in 2014 and his Costarican wife Mayra took over after that and has kept alive the original flavors of the Pizza and Homemade Ice cream. This unique opportunity consists of a fully functional, turn key, two stories Pizza Restaurant with permits and licenses, enough sitting area for up to 40 people, a small bar, large kitchen area with a big gas pizza oven, three burners gas stove, fridges and coolers as seen in the photos and all the equipment to operate the restaurant.
