It is to 1-hour drive to the biggest towns in the whole area, like Tamarindo Beach in the north, Nosara beach in the South, and the district main town Santa Cruz, where you all find supermarket, medical care, banks, and amenities.

The property has a wonderful ocean view from a distance of 4 miles, at around 1,000 feet above sea level, with beautiful views of the valley and mountains. The property is located in one of the least populated areas of Costa Rica, it has a wide front of the public highway, through a highway with access to the farm.
